I’m a car guy.Love my 2023 Santa Fe but one of the best parts of ownership is in dealing with their Service Department. Majer Elswick is the manager and a fantastic guy. After working with at least two dozen dealers within 300miles of Charlotte to lease a new 2024 Ioniq 6, I had hands down the best experience at Carolina Hyundai. Lindsay, my sales agent, was communicative and highly professional--and most important in this business, a straight shooter! His manager,... Shane, agreed to return my call, and proved to be the same way. I was impressed. The ONLY reason I have not yet done the lease is because their dealership is not set up to do a "one-pay lease". Since Hyundai Motor Finance has massively better lease "money factor" rates with this program, that was a deal-breaker for me. For a more straightforward deal, like a purchase, I would send a friend or relative to work with these guys any day, even if they were unsophisticated. They deserve their excellent reputation. I just hope they start supporting one-pay leases again! :) Show more

My sales rep, Larry Spates was great to work with.He helped me get exactly what I wanted when I ordered my Santa Cruz. This had to be one of the fastest easiest buying experiences that I've ever had at a dealership. Larry kept me informed while my truck was on order. When I picked it up, he expla...ined the features and helped me with the setup and ensured me if I forgot something he'd show me again. I dealt with Marina who absolutely asked questions tofigure out exactly what I needed and it ended up being what I wanted without even knowing it. I'm super excited about the Santa Cruz and am thankful for how much work she put in to get me this vehicle!
