Edna was Great. Was met as soon as I pulled into the lot. They really spent time and effort into getting me into a vehicle that fitted my needs with affordable payments. I had some of the guys staying till after close to make sure car was cleaned and ready to go. Excellent job.

I brought my vehicle in for service 8-12-15, had to have my rear brakes, rotors, & pads replaced and this was a good experience for me. I've worked with Donnie and Jeff in the passed with my 2004 CR-V that I purchased @ Honda Barn in Stratham and also had serviced there. Nicky made my buying experience!!!! He not only made it fun but he made it seamless. Auto fair is the place to buy a used/new vehicle. They get you the best deals,the customer service is on point, and the feeling you get when you ring the bell is rewarding. For being a female, and going into an auto... dealership you tend to get taken advantage but not at Auto fair!!!! They were so welcoming and gave me exactly what i wanted. Wonderful dealership with top notch, knowledgeable sales people! I met a lot of people at this dealership in the service department, financing and sales. What a great fantastic experience purchasing a car from this dealer!!!! From the salesman to the GM and finance everyone was helpful courteous and above all had my needs first. The dealership works as one big team that I found unusual in my many other vehicle purchases and I tend to think that star...ts at the top. David was the associate that we were dealing with I, I was very much impressed at how hard that he worked to get us in the car that we bought.
