Our sales rep Derrywood was extremely patient and helped us reach our financial goal with the purchase of our Elantra. We love the car, the price and most normal the staff made this such a comfortable experience! They earned our trust and loyalty! David was the associate that we were dealing with I, I was very much impressed at how hard that he worked to get us in the car that we bought. He and the finance manager made sure that we got the very best rate that was possible and they all made sure that we were able to get out of a car that we we...re very upside down. Everyone was so helpful and friendly that I will be sure to tell my friends and family to go to this dealership. They are awesome!!!!!!! Show more

Have been a customer of Honda Barn for over many years. Jeff & service dept. are GREAT. The staff is always courteous & very willing to help resolve any problem that I may be having with my vehicle. Repair done quickly, car washed which was so nice and I was on my way home. Pleasant waiting room. The woman who waited on me was so pleasant and friendly.

Best in the businessCould not of asked for a better experience with buying a car! They made me feel comfortable, no pressure. Gary really cared about getting me the best deal he could and was able to help me in purchasing my first brand new car!!

Service was great as far as tires and oil change HOWEVER after I got my kids all strapped in to go I noticed their "complimentary car wash" that I waited an extra 15min for was a joke--dirt streaks, dirty windows, dead bugs residue on my car. It appeared maybe they had squirted the windshield with ...a hose but that was still dirty too. Already having spent enough time at the dealership (1 1/3 hrs already with my 2 young boys) I opted to leave and spend $13 on a touch less car wash on the way home. Next time I'll keep my extra time and wash my Pilot myself.....terrible!!!! Show more
