AutoFair is consistently friendly and helpful. I have ease getting an appointment at this busy dealership, even with little advance notice. The atmosphere is welcoming, and all of the staff are personsble and engaged. All my repairs and maintenance are thoroughly explained, and they are always at or... even below the estimate! A model of how a dealership should be run, and when I am ready to replace my beloved vehicle, I will be getting it through this location. Show more

Despite it being nearly 5pm, the Service Department was happy to assist me and replace my car remote key entry fob battery. Very rapid service and they had me out of there in just a few minutes!! Loved doing business with Autofair. Sad that I moved and can't do business with them again. I'm living 3000 miles away and if it was worth it, I'd make the trip just to do business with them again. Love you guys!!! Bought 4 cars through them!!

I was so pleased with how the handle my case. I was unable to qualify for a car but some how they worked really hard to get e qualified and for the exact car I wanted. I am so thankful to them and look forward to dealing with them again.

Had been looking for a new car for some time when I went online and looked at Autofair VW. My first contact was with Caitlyn and she was great. She answered my questions but was not pushy just friendly and professional. When I arrived at the dealership to test drive my Pass at I was surprised to see... Caitlyn waiting to greet me. She put me with Matt S. to go test drive with and talk over the details. He is a great salesman, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision making. Great dealership. I purchased my Audi from here in mid 2014. The process was hassle free no pushy salesmen and a comfortable setting. I didn't even have the intention of purchasing a car the first time I stopped in, but a great price with a great rate and a excellent salesman(Nick Pichette) made it ...a no brainier. I highly recommend this particular auto fair to anyone in the market for any vehicle, they have access to the other auto fair inventory. I've personally dealt with Manchester auto fair and between the two it's night and day. Show more

My car was in for service to replace a front CV joint. I was given the option to go with OEM or aftermaket parts. I was pleased to hear that I did have the options. As usual my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. Very nice
