If I could give Edgar 10 stars, I would! His honesty and integrity are things you don't see much anymore in an auto repair shop. He knows what he's doing. He is thorough. He explains the work he does. When he repaired my car, he texted photos and videos of the damage or test given to show exactly wh...at was going on, what he was doing and why. He explained what needed to be done now and what could wait. Super nice guy!He even made sure I wasn't cheated by my  insurance company when they wanted to give me used or cheap parts. I am now a dedicated customer! Show more

My experience at Avondale Nissan purchasing a new 2014 Nissan Rogue for a family member was absolutely perfect. It goes without saying that all the staff were friendly, informative and helpful. But what truly separated this experience from some of my others purchasing cars was how dedicated and hone...st the staff was. There was absolutely no pressure, no negotiation tactics and no games. They worked hard to provide us with honest numbers and honest options for the best way for us to get a new Rogue. It was painless and we left feeling that we had made the best choice possible. I'd highly recommend this dealership to anybody because, like I said, there was no doubt that we went in, analyzed the numbers, and made a decision that was best for us rather than having to negotiate and barter and wonder if we were getting an honest deal or not.
