The buying process was more fun than I could have imagined. I think I got a great deal, even if being treated like the best customer they all, and I mean all, ever had, might seem hoaky, I believed I was, and still am...because they still treat me like a personal friend every time I go in (for routi...ne maintenance and stuff.) They're all buddies, and they're all my buddies, even though I'm old enough to be their grandfather. (Where is the owner? He must be over 35!? I love my loaded Jetta. It's 1.6 litre is fast and reasonably economical 33 mpg as I drive it... (I had a Jetta deisel 40MPG). But I really love the people at this dealership. They take care of you!!! Get the renovation done, damnit.. I want to hang out. (Not really, just because I'm too busy. Maybe when I retire... but I love teaching too much...) Show more

I have a great experience at Okaz. Sammy, our sales rep, was very patience and easy going. I enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend him to others as well.

The buying experience was made easy. I was satisfied with the overall experience. The salesman was considerate of my needs and helped me to reach a deal quickly. I was overseas and set up a majority of the transaction online & it was smooth and easy and the guys were friendly to work with. I got a great deal on a lease, 2015 VW Jetta. As soon as you go into the dealership you have great customer service. When filling out the paperwork you are introduced in everyone like you part of the VW family. Our salesman Scott O'Connell made the whole buying experience smooth and enjoyable. ( I even rang a bell for my Jetta purchase.) I woul...d recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I've have this car for over a year.... the dealership from sales to service was/is great. After the purchase they called a few times to see if everything was ok and asked if there was there anything more they could do. Only had one issues ...a burned out light. I went in to buy the bulb and not only... did they give it to me for free, they even installed it for free! I have been very happy with the sales and service ...best experience I have ever received from a dealership! Show more

I switched over to AutoFair VW last year, when I heard that my friend, and best Service Manager in the business, Mr.John Grablewski was employed there. John has always been top notch, caring for the customers needs, going out of his way to make sure that everything is right. Always a great experienc...e when I schedule an appointment, last service call thry even washed my car. Truly exceptional service. They are currently remodeling, progress is improving every day, can't wait to see the completion. Show more

Did not buy my VW there because they had not yet taken over from the Nashua mega dealer. Service was always done on time at the price quoted. Loaners have been free and clean. Can't wait to check out new showroom once the re model is completed.
