2017 Hyundia ElantraMy wife wanted a new Hyundai Elantra . We looked at 3 dealerships Started with Carolina Hyundai after hours so we could see what was in stock. Talked to all 3 about there cars on phone and desided on Carolina Hyundai because they had the car we wanted and the staff did not push y...ou to buy what you did not want. We choice the Hyundai Limited which was a good choice for us. I did a lot of research before buying all reviews were A+ great car an good dealership to do business with. Show more

My husband and I are thrilled with how smooth and pleasant this car buying experience went! I've always dreaded "haggling" with salesman but they were very straightforward with everything and gave us the best deal in town after going to 3 other dealerships! Best one yet!! Will definitely be back!!

Great Customer Service!I stopped by after another dealer didn't have the selection I was looking for. It was very close to closing, and I didn't plan on talking to any pushy sales rep yet, just getting my feet wet. But then this ball of sunshine energy, Edna, came over and instantly felt like I was ...dealing with an honest real person who wanted to help me buy the right car, not just sell a car. We came back the next day anxious to work with her a buy a car! She was busy and graciously asked Donald to assist us, I almost left and came back later just to work with her, but once I met Donald, he was just as warm as Edna. Best dealership buying experience for me yet, Thank You Carolina Hyundai team! Show more

I came in for a car I found with True Car with my Fiance but did not like it in person. After hearing what I was looking for, Ken and Josh presented me with a better option for a great price. Then my Fiance was able to get a lease buyout and we drove off the lot with 2 Great New Cars! Very satisfied... with the personal service we received. Josh was awesome with our 3 year old who was a little cranky after being there for hours. At the end of the day, extremely pleased with how the whole car buying experience went down. We would recommend this place for anyone looking to get into a new or CPO vehicle. Show more
