Best car buying experience everJeff Davis (on the KIA side) helped me purchase my new Elantra. Easy to deal with. No pressure sales. I genuinely felt like he had my best interest at heart. Went there first, then went all over the Triad and ended up back there to get my car.

SMOOTH AND SATISFACTORY PURCHASENew car purchase with a more than fair trade in and purchase price! The entire deal took only an hour or so and both parties pleased with the transaction.

Trade-in/Purchase - BEST of the BEST!!After moving to NC about 3 yrs ago, I frequented Carolina Hyundai of High Point for routine service and maintenance on my 2012 Hyundai Elantra. I was always impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the service staff. Furthermore, I’ve always been... pleased with the work they did on my vehicle. With that being said, Carolina Hyundai was the first place I went to when I considered trading in my Elantra for an upgrade. This is when I met the most pleasant and honest salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of working with. His name was ALAN POPE, and I couldn't have wished for a better person to work with. He made the whole car buying experience easy, pain free, and actually fun (not 3 words that I would've previously associated with buying a car). Alan had the most amazing personality, and was extremely knowledgeable about the two vehicle options I had in mind. He was able to help make my decision simple, fast, and get me exactly what I was looking for! From start to finish, Alan was able to streamline the process - no waiting, no haggling, no confusion. Amazingly I got the feeling that he was really working for ME, that he was looking out for MY best interests, and not concerned about how the sale would benefit him. To Alan, and the whole Carolina Hyundai of High Point family - You have a customer for life! Thank you again for all of the hard work and effort! I look forward to working with you in the future!! Tyler Dilger did an incredible job helping us decide on which car was going to make us happy! He did well dealing with our indecisiveness. He was knowledgeable about each of the cars that we were considering and he helped us work out a great deal.
