My service at Honda Barn was completed in a timely manner, and the job that was scheduled to be completed was done with care. That said, Ethel Brown went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome while I was there. Thank you very much .

My service at Honda Barn was completed at the time promised, and the job that was scheduled to be completed was done with care. I experienced a bit of 'sticker shock' at the final cost, but I am happy that my car will now 'stop on a dime'.

This car buying experience has been the best yet! I have dealt with some other in he past who would play games and tricks. Honda barn simply doesn't need to do this to make a sale. There is no pressure and the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. I will recommend this dealership to anyone loo...king for a car. I will be a repeat customer. Show more

My first experience with Hondas was with Lamachia Honda in Syracuse while going to school from which I purchased my first 1972 AZ600. This was by far the best car in the snow I have ever owned!! In 1977 I traded it in for a 1976 Accord that was just introduced on the market. Since then I have ha...d Cr-Vs, Accords, Odyssey, Pilots, 4 wheel Steer Prelude and a City while living in NZ. Having dealt with many dealers in VT, NY, MA, New Zealand and now NH, I have had the best buying experience to date at the Honda Barn. At least I didn't get the salesperson fired for not finding the car I wanted that was sitting on the lot and she said they didn't have it. Buy with confidence is so overused these days, but I will use it here to express my pleasure and satisfaction with buying my 2016 CR-V from the Honda Barn. Thanks!! Show more

In and out very quickly. Waiting room clean and pleasant. Service representative recommended several additional items which I didn't think of. No high pressure to have these done but glad he recommended them.

Had to stop in unexpectedly after 4 days of ownership. Jeffrey welcomed us and told us to have a seat and I'll take care of it right away and they did.

I don't believe I've ever had such a pleasant experience with a car dealership. From my first email inquiry to driving away in my new car , everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Special thanks to my salesman, David April, as well as Finance Specialist, Sheila Haas. I appreciate doing... business locally, establishing new relationships rather than being "attacked" by a bunch of hungry salesmen. Thank you again. Show more

Honda Barn was amazing. They were able to get me into a brand new car at a great lease price. I've purchased two cars in the past and I've never had such a easy stress free sales experience.

I recently graduated college and was in the market for a new car. I stopped at the Honda Barn because I was in the area. Bill Bradley was so great to me and my mom. The first day I test drove I didn't commit to the car because I wanted to shop around and go to several other dealers first. I went to ...Toyota, VW, Mazda, Ford, Chevrolet, and Kia. None of these dealers came even close to the way I was treated at Honda Barn. Bill made my first car experience a great one with no bumps in the road. I am very satisfied with my selection and have absolutely no buyers remorse. I believe I received a great deal within my comfort zone for a monthly payment! Show more

Both Jeff and Ethel have been extremely professional and helpful when I've needed to bring my car in for service. They both have explained work needed to be done and gave me ample information to make the best decisions for my vehicle and its maintenance.
