They did a great job. Everyone was helpful, there was no pressure in buying today. They were interested in getting me the car that I wanted. I told them I wanted a basic elantra, mainly to get me to and from work.

Went in to see about a fix my loan program they called me about my Nissan that I purchased though them 2 years again and walked out swapping out my car and getting a 2016 Teguan. I had an amazing salesman Mike P. And amazing finance person Hanaa. This is my second car through Autofair and my credit ...second time around wasn't so good but they always seem to work their magic. I highly recommend them! Show more

Brendan is service is great. Very courteous and professional. I drive from out of state because the service is so reliable. My car is always washed even with an oil change. Great group of people. I highly recommend

Jeff and Mark both took the time to document my corrosion issue in an effort to secure a warranty repair, so greatly appreciated! The repair was approved and completed beautifully, all covered under warranty. Excellent customer service!

I really enjoyed my experience at Honda Barn. I gave it 4 out of 5 because of how easy the process was and how happy I am that they made my car leasing experience affordable. However, the process took over 3 hours. It shouldn't take that long. I was told they were short staffed but still. I also enj...oyed my sales rep because he made everything relating to the car very easy to understand, he wasn't pushy, and he made me feel super comfortable. However, he related to me in ways that were seemingly sexist (talking about his wife not knowing anything about cars and how much women pack when they go on vacations). I'm not sure why this was necessary but I could have gone without it. However, my car buying experience as whole was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this place. Show more

I am very satisfied with the sales, service and finance department at the Honda Barn. I just recently bought my third Honda a couple weeks ago. Michael in sales was very knowledgeable and helpful in going over all the new features in my Honda Fit. Thank you!

I didn't feel like I was just a number standing in the deli line. I was kept informed and updated until they knew what was wrong with the air conditioning in my CRV. When I brought the vehicle in for the actual repairs I was given an excellent loaner vehicle. The work was completed in the time fr...ame I had been given and I received a prompt phone call telling me it was ready. On a final note the waiting area is very nice (recently remodeled) and who doesn't like free coffee? Show more

Very kind person, helpful. Nice accommodations while you wait. Courtesy car is key. Honda has a known issue apparently with Pilot and cylinder rings which move. Covered under extended warranty thankfully.
