Took my CRV in for service. One of the parts was back ordered and it looked like I would need to bring my CRV in for another date to finish service. The Service Manage ended up finding the part at another dealer so I didn't have to come back. I even got a box of Girl Scout Cookies out of the deal...! Went just for an oil change and the 5 point check. Also had the battery tested. Everyone there is very courteous and helpful. I was just a little unhappy about how long it took. I was told 1 1/2 hours and it took 2 1/2 hours. Other than than, I had no problem.

Greeted with a smile very knowledgeable dealership was very warm looking for the first call for our granddaughter because of her I think we pick the right car

Jeffrey Arnault was great to work with - he kept me updated as to how long the service was going to take and the estimate. He even loaned me his cell phone charger when my phone was dying. Thank you for making the experience enjoyable.

Every 5,000 miles, I get my oil changed at Honda Barn. Sometimes that's all that needed and other times, they find other needed maintenance or suggest I have something done because of the car's mileage. I have always been happy with the results which are timely and for a cost that I feel is fair a...nd reasonable. Special kudos go to Mark Soucy who runs the Service Dept for the individual attention that he consistently shows me when my Honda needs service. Show more

I has a great experience at the Honda Barn service center. They knew what my car needed. Everyone was extremely friendly, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was in an out within an hour of my appointment time.

Everyone was very helpful and responsive. Largely I chose the dealership for the location but the experience was very successful. We also had a good experience recently with a Honda engine block recall. Thank you.

Beverly's Santa Fe ExperiencePatrick was professional and friendly. I would advise anyone wanting to buy a new car to ask for him. I was delightfully surprised at the attitude of Carolina Hyundai. It was a positive experience and the follow up service is a bonus that I did not expect!!!
