Enjoyed a very positive experience having my Honda Civic LX serviced at the Honda Barn in Stratham, NH. Based upon the service needed, it was more geographically convenient for me to schedule repairs at a Honda Dealership closer to my residence in Portsmouth, NH. The experience was positive from beg...inning to end; prompt ordering of the parts needed, scheduling of said repairs, the professional manner in which these repairs were completed, and, the professional manner in which the Service Advisor, Jeffrey Arnault greeted me, kept me advised throughout the process, offered a detailed estimate of repairs prior to their introduction, and reviewed in detail the inspection checklist with me on the operational status of my vehicle. Was also impressed with the atmosphere/surroundings of the custom waiting room, as well as the availability of fresh coffee. I have been doing business with Honda Barn of Stratham for 20 years or more and have always been very happy with the service department as well as sales. Jeff in the service department is so personable, great guy and has always been there. He has always explained issues to me so that I understand ...them. Ethel is newer but she has taken good care of me as well. I am leasing my 9th Honda and David April has taken care of my last and current lease. He has taken good care of me as well. Thanks to Tim and Bob, my experience turning in my lease and buying a Cretified pre owned CRV was a smooth one. Communication at first with customer service and another salesperson wasn't great, but Bob and Tim stepped up and worked hard to keep my business at Honda Barn. Thank you, gentlemen!

Stopped in on a whim and ended up finding our car. Great service, support and friendly staff. Mike and Sheila were both very pleasant to deal with. Would not hesitate to send others there or to do business with them again. They even welcomed our dog!

We ordered an Accord touring car model in the Basque Red color. At the time of purchase, we were then told that no such cars existed in the area. As to our second choice color, no cars existed there either. We were pretty disappointed. A day later, the salesman called to say that they had locate...d the car we wanted in the second-choice color. After a second look, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Overall, the experience was positive: we like the car, the salesman was full of apologies and of help, but we wished it could have gone as initially promised. Show more

Service was good done on time and car was ready when I was told it would be. Tech was a big help about the fuses too. helping me to understand what fuses to remove when i tow the car behind my camper how to start the car with fuses removed.

The service department here is always accommodating. Booking by email is convenient too. I've been going here for years and appreciate the friendly staff. They're honest and happy to go over estimates. We bring our older Accord and our new used CRV that we bought here for service.
