Replaced a failed regulator for the driver's side window. Work was done more quickly than quoted. Car was returned cleaned. Very friendly, comfortable wait, very nice overall. I am hard of hearing. Everyone there worked very hard to accommodate me.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and efficient and my car was washed. They are courteous and helpful. We have bought 3 cars at this dealer and highly recommend them.

Bill Bradley was a fantastic salesman and Chris Clickner in Finance made the transaction seamless. The Team is truly professional. They put me in my new 2016 Honda Accord with great ease. I would highly recommend Honda Barn! Two thumbs up!!

`Ethel is a great service representative, especially for female customers. She gave me a time estimate and held to it. She also did not try to sell me services that I did not need, and that is greatly appreciated!

We arrived at Honda Barn with a pretty good idea as to what we wanted and how much we were willing and expecting to spend. A decent offer was made very quickly, and when we wanted to sleep on it, there was no pressure exerted. When we contacted the dealership the following day, we were able to suppl...y the necessary information over the phone, and were able to pick up the vehicle that afternoon, with the financing and other paperwork already taken care of. The service team was able to fit me in on short notice and it was appreciated. I like working with Jeff and the rest of the Service team. Jeff took the time to review the work done so that I understood it. Based on recent visits, I would say that Jeff is trustworthy and is looking out for me. Wh...en I thought I might need service on a part of my car and Jeff took the time to explain that I could probably hold off for until a future visit and explained why - other places may have jumped on the chance to turn a quick buck. That type of honesty is why I always come back. Show more

Excellent serviceHad a great experience with Brian he was very detailed and made sure we were aware of everything, especially the safety of the vehicles we were looking at. Phillip was also very helpful with the financing, much better experience with Phillip as the finance manager on the Hyundai sid...e than we had on the Kia side. Show more
