Very friendly and professional at the service desk. Ethel was great. Took my car back to them after over a year of using Dover Honda service(I live in Dover) which I decided I am not a fan of. I should never have stopped using Honda Barn service. Took my car in for oil change, filters, alignment, ro...tate and balance. They road tested my car before the service and noticed a slight wheel vibration at high speeds that was a mystery to the techs at the other service dept. I got a call within a couple hours telling me they determined it was the front rotors were slightly warped and they could machine them down to be even and smooth again. My car runs butter smooth again after I had given up and been lead to believe by the other location (after 2 road tests) that I was crazy. They didn't use those exact words of course but that was how I was made to feel. I don't normally talk bad about one location during a positive review of another. However I felt compelled. Bottom line. Anyone that lives in a location where you have the option between Dover Honda service and Honda Barn Stratham service. Pick Honda Barn Stratham EVERY time. Much better quality service dept and they do alignments correctly the first time! Show more

Edna was a great sales lady. She helped me more then other dealers have in the past. Had an excellent experience.Will definitely go back or recommend anyone to her.

First service on my car - oil change and tire rotation. Staff was courteous, waiting area was pleasant and my appointment started and ended on time.

Everything was great. Jeffrey was very nice and attentive. I showed up without an appointment and Jeffrey was able to accommodate me with no problem.

Oil change and tire rotation. Determined i needed a tire alignment. It all took a bit longer than i would have liked but overall it was fine.

Very good. first time at the Barn. Nice new facility. Appreciate the area to work while I waited. everyone was pleasant and had a good sense of humor [a rarity these days]. I will return for future service on my Element.
