Chris Albano did a great job finding the perfect car for my needs and spent a lot of time explaining the options and features available, compared to other comparable cars. I wasn't sure what I wanted or needed and he spent time researching the vehicles on the lot to find me the right car at the righ...t price for my budget. The financing process was much better than at other dealerships I have been to, and Chris in the sales office did a great job of explaining the options available and how they would affect my payments. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend Honda Barn in Stratham NH to friends and family. Show more

My experience at Honda Barn was outstanding! Unlike many other dealerships, there was no pressure or haggling during the sale. Everything was low key so I was able to clearly and calmly ask questions and see the particulars of the deal. I can not say enough about the professionalism of Bill Bradly..., my salesperson. From the start he was thorough, and made sure that I understood all facets of the sale. In addition, when I picked up the vehicle, he carefully explained and demonstrated all the features of my new Odyssey. For this I am extremely grateful. Show more

Prompt - timely - utmost courtesy - pleasant - fair . The waiting area was pleasant. Thankfully the TV was not blasting so that I could read and concentrate on my reading.

We enjoyed our 2014 Passatt, which gave us more Mi. Per gal while traveling, reaching up to 40mpg. We traded in for a 2015 VW Passat, more for the comfort of the electric seat adjustments for the driver. The sales people tried their best to meet our needs,financially to reach affordability for us. T...he sales & management did their best to make us comfortable during the sales process and signing of forms, which did take a few hours, We travel 90 mi. from our home to Auto Fair VW in Merrimack because we have been overall satisfied with the sales & service and their representatives. No bartering or bullying as I had requested when I walked through the door. I asked for a fair price one time quote and I informed I would take it or leave it. Obviously I accepted the quote Brought to service for pulling to the left. It appears a tire rotation and alignment has fixed the proble...m. Brought a 2nd time for a faulty trunk latch (the trunk would open for no apparent reason (whether the car was parked or moving) I haven't had a problem in the last 24 hours since I picked up the vehicle. I was very impressed to pick up a washed and vacuumed car. Nice touch to say the least Show more

Professional and FriendlyBoth Product Specialists that I dealt with were friendly, knowledgable, and willing to work with me to get me the car I wanted within my price range. I never felt pressured by them and the overall experience was a good one.

Meko helped me feel totally comfortable in such an intimidating situation. My intention wasn't at all to get myself into a new car, but he did everything he could to get a car that was practical and still in my budget. At one point he was running around the dealership because I was in such a time cr...unch. Now that's service!! I would recommend him/Volkswagen to anyone buying a new car. Show more

Received fantastic service from the moment we arrived. Never felt like a piece of meat, as we did when visiting a competing dealership. Our salesman, Chris, was extremely helpful and laid back. He always provided quick and honest responses whenever we called or emailed.
