Courteous, professional service. Honda Barn always checks my past service history and recommends the service that I need. They always check the brakes, tires and battery and let my know their status. The length of the appointment is usually within their estimate.

My husband and I have been purchasing our cars from here for at least 15 years and without fail, the customer service has always been fantastic! Add to that a really great service department and you can't miss..

It was a busy morning in the service area and Jeff was involved in completing a service questions. The customer was waiting and he apologized for having to make me wait while he completed his efforts with the previous customer. As always, he explained the charges on my bill. It was estimated that... my service would take one hour and it was completed in 55 minutes including the car wah. Show more

After we visited another Honda Dealership we gave Honda Barn a try one evening. We took a test drive in a couple of models to see what we really wanted for our next car. The Salesman was helpful and didn't pressure us to look at one model over another, we returned the following day and decided on ...a 2016 Accord sedan LX. The deal went quickly and smoothly with no hidden fees, I felt we were given a fair price after talking another Dealer in Manchester. The car was delivered the same day and we are very pleased with our purchase. This is our first Honda car and I'm very happy with the performance and great gas mileage. R. have been a customer at homda barn for ten years ( two cars ) they continually improve customer service , which has always been the very best ! I would recommend family and friends to always shop there first for cars and great service !! I was there for both service and to look at new the new Honda... pilot . Went to the Honda Barn for an oil change and tire rotation. When my car was inspected, I was told that my back brakes were unsafe, my fan belt was worn, and my brake fluid was black. I was told the latter two could wait, but that I should get my back brakes done right away as the right side was be...low minimum standard acceptance. I had plans that night and did not have another 2 plus hours to wait. The service dept. put a team on my car and they completed the job in less than an hour and one half! Thank you for making driving my car safe once again and for the professional service. I'll be back! Show more
