Was in for my first (5000 mile) oil change and was told it was free, so I opted for the tire rotation and balance ($39) as I was noticing a very slight vibration. Brendan Daly from the service department was cheerful and helpful, answering all my questions and seemed to enjoy his job. He set up some... outside work - repairing a small window chip - with a glass repair shop in Portsmouth at my request. The car was returned to me in a reasonable amount of time and had been washed, which was appreciated, as we have an outdoor water use restriction in my town. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I brought my car to be checked over before departing for a X-country drive. I no longer live in this area but spend about 2-3 months here summer/fall. When here I use the Honda Barn and they have always served me well.

AwesomeWe will be going back if we need another car. We will also be referring others. The salespeople that we dealt with were excellent and neither 1 were pushing us to but a car or SUV they listened to our needs and wants.

Honda Barn deserves the highest rating for their consistently excellent, friendly services. I was very satisfied with the short wait time for the services rendered.

Pleasant informative. Prices are a little steep compared to other brand dealerships, Some of your products which come with the car are substandard, such as tires. Also this is my third Honda and have had problems with all three cars and their tires and sensors

We recently purchased a CR-V after having owned a Camry for 12 years. Our salesperson was Makenzi Wendel, who was absolutely lovely in our dealings, very knowledgeable and concerned that we purchase the right vehicle for us. She has been very attentive to our needs and has followed up with us severa...l times since our purchase to make sure that we had no problems or questions. We are extremely happy with our CR-V, its performance, and its features. We recommend both the vehicle for its performance and the dealership for its fairness. Happy Trails to us! Show more

I generally hate car dealerships. Honda barn is a nice exception. They were not pushy, they were honest and fair. I recommend you try them out! They were a nice surprise from the generally pushy dealerships.

In addition to the 30,000 mile service and inspection, our CRV had a continuing foul odor coming from somewhere in the front end. The service adviser told me that there was a recall on the door actuator. Since all this work was going to take a while, I appreciated getting a lift home so I could get ...some work done while my vehicle was being worked on. Bottom line, they cleaned out the mouse nest or whatever was making the car smell bad and installed some kind of mild-scented deodorizer. We bought our car from Honda Barn because we trust their service department. We would buy another Honda from this dealer. Keep up the good work! Show more

This is my fifth recent experience being present for the purchase of a new vehicle--The experience at Honda Barn in Stratham is far and away the best one I've ever had/been a part of, which is no doubt due to the positive, yet low pressure culture of the dealership. We came in knowing what we wan...ted (which definitely is the way to go to make for an efficient, yet confident purchase). David A. worked with us and we immediately liked him. He knew the inventory, validated and answered my questions, and made no pitches; He was kind, but to the point, asking legitimate questions and taking next steps only when we indicated we were ready to do so. There was not a single moment that I felt pressured to make a decision, and he also didn't leave us waiting for extended periods of time--No wear down tactics! He came out of the gate with a fair trade in value and did what had to be done to get the numbers to where we felt was comfortable and fair. When we got to the phase of closing the sale, we worked with the office manager, Bob (filling in for Chris C. I believe), we were just as pleased. Bob was also kind and considerate of what add-ons would really benefit me--he was informative, but didn't push any options and didn't show any disappointment or frustration when we declined the add-ons. He got the financing we needed, and made the close of the sale personable and positive. Overall, I am shocked at how quick and positive the whole experience was. I never knew that buying a car could be so low pressure and easygoing. I think this dealer is definitely differentiated from others in the Seacoast area, and I would recommend them highly. At Honda Barn in Stratham, NH, every step was courteous, to the point, and fair--the way any purchase should be! Show more
