Ethel Brown at the front desk did a great job helping me with my scheduled air bag replacement. I appreciated the extra care I got. Loved the free car wash. Will consider visiting the dealership again.

nick was amazing! I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in there and he helped me through everything and got me the best deal I could get. Everyone here is so happy and helpful it was seriously the best experience I've had at a dealership :)

The staff at Honda Barn is always friendly and helpful. The service department provided quick efficient service. I highly recommend Honda Barn for buying a new or used vehicle.

According to maintenance minder, my 2013 Honda Civic was due for an oil change. I thought the tires needed to be rotated as well so this was the service I requested. Brendan asked if the air filter and cabin filter had been changed. Maintenance minder did not advise this service was needed at thi...s time. However, while I was waiting, Brendan advised me both filters needed to be replaced so the complete service done cost me about $100 more than I was anticipating. All told, I waited for approximately an hour and a half (perhaps a little longer) but I always feel comfortable having my service performed at the Honda Barn. Show more

Although there was a fairly long wait for the parts ( related to the airbags ) the staff was helpful and the work was satisfactory; the car was purchase new in 2005 and still runs great. Thanks !

Ethel Brown was compassionate, understanding and bit of a miracle worker. I had forgotten to get my car inspected / registered due to a recent loss. With a meeting in MA the next day- it had become a personal crisis to take care of car issues. The woman who answered the phone flatly stated the... service department couldn't help me as too busy that day. Once I explained my situation to Ethel, she told me to come by late afternoon and she would get me in. Not only did I get my car inspected- it was washed too!! I will only service my car here. Service was great. Besides fixing what was needed, I was asked if I wanted them to complete the 30k check-up (I did), and all was completed in much less time than I expected.

We moved to the area from Massachusetts about one year ago. This was my first time visit to Honda Barn. Even though this was only warranty related service, the service adviser treated me with professionalism and courtesy and took care of the warranty work without a "discussion". He even provided a f...ree car wash - on a no charge warranty service. I will definitely return for regular maintenance service. Good Job! Show more

Took me on time and finished at the time as advertised, explained clearly what was needed and costs. Kept me undated and was friendly and courteous. Helped schedule what was left to be done..
