I started in July looking for a new car (SUV) and I was interested in only 3 vehicles. So it took awhile, but I got to test drive all 3 of them before September. The 2016 Honda Pilot was the last SUV I drove, and I knew that it was the best match for me. I waited a few days to make sure I wanted to ...spend that much money and I knew that if I wanted quality I had to buy it. I leased my car from Honda Barn and, since then, I have received nothing but exceptional service. Whether it is a visit for a recall or just general service, the staff and mechanics have been very helpful in getting my car worked on in a timely manner.

I had my annual inspection. I did not have to wait for service. The man who waited on me was very caring ,knowledgeable, and professional.

Brendan was very helpful and efficient in scheduling the work for the airbag recall. He gave us several options to choose from for appointments and phoned us immediately after the work was completed.

First time car shopping in NH and it was the best experience. Great hospitality, everyone was helpful. Everyone that helped me in Honda Barn were excellent. Highly recommend it to anyone!

I initially went to Honda Barn for a recall on the passenger side air bag. I decided to also have a duplicate key programmed. My advisor was Jeffrey Arnault. He was personable and attentive. Frankly, I was amazed by the pleasant updates throughout the wait. I have never been to any garage or dealers...hip where that occurred before. If it is company policy, it is one that I greatly appreciated. The waiting area was light and comfortable, which actually encouraged interaction among the people waiting for their service to be completed. Thanks for a pleasant experience. Jean Eichhorn Show more

I have moved to a new area, and have also purchased my first Honda. Not being familiar with the area, I chose the Honda Barn based on the fact that I often pass it on my way to Portsmouth. I made an appointment for an oil change. My experience was pleasant from the beginning all the way to the wri...ting of the check! Jeff was very helpful, suggesting service that was appropriate for my mileage, did an examination of the cars systems, and even washed the car! I was very pleased with my choice of the Honda Barn. I responded to an ad about lowering my current interest rate by refinancing my car. Although I felt sceptical about going in. I stayed open minded. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by a happy man. He grabbed some paper work, gave my keys to a finance mgr and they responded quickly. After ten ...minutes maybe I.had options, refinance with some money down or buy a new car. I was given a tank of gas and they are currently working for me. I have the answers I need just need to make the decisions. Show more

I brought my 2011 Honda Accord into the Honda Barn for new rear breaks. Jeff, as he always is, was friendly, professional, and helpful, He even made sure that I had a ride to work as well as a ride back to pick up my car. I live in between two Honda dealerships but always choose the Honda Barn becau...se of the consistently excellent service. Show more
