I am so happy to be a proud owner of a new Honda CRV Ex. Once again, the Honda Barn Dealership's professional Staff has made a lasting impression. They are truly knowledgeable in their product. This is my 4th Honda and it won't be my last. Thank you Honda Barn.

Made is easy to drop off car for recall. would go back. courtesy shuttle was appreciated as it is difficult to get a ride to work even though I am close to the Honda Barn. I previously owned a Honda and used the Honda Barn for service and was very happy.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff (as has always been the case) was courteous and helpful. The cause of "Check Engine" light was ascertained and corrected. Shuttle/Courtesy Van is a great service feature.

I spent over a week searching for a used vehicle for my wife and dealt with many dealers in the process. To me the Honda Barn really stood out because of their culture. The lack of obvious sales strategy was more than refreshing. The car I viewed (and purchased) was presented in an honest and logica...l fashion as it's features were demonstrated from a practical and informational standpoint. Bill Bradley (the salesman) took an approach that ensured my awareness of it's value in a relevant manner without forcing it. Throughout the experience he was also very personable and kept things light with good conversation. After visiting several other dealerships where all interaction seemed to quickly steer it's way into some kind of sales strategy, this was a nice change. When we chose to buy the vehicle, I found the same down to earth and level headed approach from everyone I interacted with. In short, I believe this is a dealership that consists of people who genuinely enjoy helping customers make the right decision. The lack of pressure accompanied by a staff who genuinely wants to help makes it a great place to shop. Show more

I was most pleased with the courteous and professional service I received at AutoFair Volkswagen Nashua. Before my visit I was welcomed cordially by the Finance Manager as she prepared me for my visit via a phone call. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was welcomed by the salesman with whom I looked... at the inventory of cars. I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with the Sales Manager. I will go back and purchase a new vehicle when my financial portfolio will support it. Show more

Brought my 2006 Honda in for an air-bag recall. Service was prompt and courteous. I also like the 5 point check down on the car. At least I know what is next and when to bring in for service.

My van broke suddenly on the way to work. The service center was swamped but they managed to get me in and fixed by noon the next day. Ms. Brown also went out of her way to get our warranty information from the Manchester branch.

David April was pleasant and helpful with my new car. We discussed turning my 2013 in and leasing a new CRV . I'm very happy with Honda Barn of Stratham ~ the financial young man was also very patient and explained everything well .

I'm telling everyone about the great buying experience I had with Autifair Volkswagen, its sales team, and General Manager, Jared S. I went In anticipating to test drive a certified pre owned 2915 Jetta I'd seen on cars.com; and a few hours later, drove off the lot in a brand new 2015 Jetta SE. Mike... P., my sales consultant, let me take an extended test drive in the certified Jetta I'd inquired about on cars.com so I could expirience both street and highway driving. It wasn't my ideal color choice, and while Mike had to step away for a few minutes, a colleague of his suggested a brand new one. General Manager, Jared S., closed the deal by beating the competition hands down, and included the first two scheduled maintenance services. He truly made me feel good about the deal. When a slight issue regarding paperwork arose after the transaction, Jared made it right, saving me time. I like that! He's earned my business. When the time comes, I will bring my Jetta to Autofair for scheduled service and anything else that may arise. I highly recommend considering Autofair Volkswagen for your next automotive purchase.
