Brand loyalty is more than just a response to superior engineering when it comes to automobiles. After the selling, the game's name is support. The Honda Barn excels in post-sale support with an excellent service/parts department. It's about the people you speak to about a squeak, rattle, or bump. I...t's the people who patiently listen to your story about what is needed. It's the people who turn that often rambling tale into a reality. As the years unfold and the miles pile up, it's the people at Honda Barn who keep your initial investment in first class shape. Of special note is the Honda a Barn service writer Jeff Arnault. I am constantly amazed by his patient professionalism as he greets, meets, listens to, and brings good (and sometimes bad) news about the health of a customer's vehicle. He knows his Honda customers by name and truly displays a personal warmth that makes all feel welcome--and in good hands. Yes, brand loyalty is about a superior product. However, brand loyalty would not exist long if it were not for the people behind the brand. Thanks Jeff and the entire Honda Barn family for your many years of support and quality professionalism. I took my new to me Civic there for service. I spoke with Ethel who was able to get me into the schedule at my convenience. On the day of the service another representative called to inform me the car was done and gave me a recap of the work completed and the total of the bill. I wish I could rememb...er his name; thank you to both of you! I will go back and would recommend Honda Barn to anyone who owns a Honda car. Show more

My Honda was purchased at another dealer. Never-the -less, Honda Barn took care of the problem in a straight forward, and business-like manner. They documented the problem and communicated with Honda authorities to see if the issue was covered by warranty. They kept me informed along the way. I have never purchased a carfrom a dealership before, This was my first time and I did not know what to expect. You always hear things from people like don't let them take advantage of u an so on, So I was nervous to go in there. As soon as we walked in bill Bradley was right there to help us he ask...ed what my budget was like an how much I could handle and found me the perfect car in that range!! Bill, Chris and Shawn worked there butts off to help me get my own car! Everyone was so kind and patient. It took a few days to figure out financials but in the end everything was what we expected and it was a great decision all in all. Show more

This is my third Honda and I always have mine serviced by the professionals at Honda Barn. Since a car is such an important investment, it only makes sense to take it in to those who know it best. I appreciate that the staff is very thorough but also willing to work with me on prioritizing the thi...ngs that need doing first. Simply put I trust the service department at Honda Barn. Show more

I believe that the service and parts depts did their very best to help find a replacement for my broken AC part. It took ages to get it in because of it being back ordered and the date for receipt was a moving target too. Service was great (as they have been for the 15 or 20 years I have gone there).... However, obtaining parts for a 10 yr old car was frustrating because I guess Honda doesn't make them as much anymore. Nothing but good things to say about the folks I have worked with in Service though... very helpful! Show more

I was pleased with the service. I provided a coupon that was not clear on its exclusions and the coupon was not honored. The manager called me to explain and I told him I just suggest that the coupons be clearer.

When I brought my vehicle in for service I was greeted right away, the Service Advisor did a great job listening to my needs and following up with me when the work was completed.
