We were contemplating buying a Honda CRV to replace our 2009 Honda Accord. Since our trade-in had "issues", we weren't sure how responsive the Honda Barn staff would be to our concerns. We were surprised and pleased with their willingness to listen and give us alternatives. We came up with a mutuall...y acceptable resolution and are now proud owners of a very nice 2016 CRV. I visited other dealerships but Honda Barn was the only one I came back to. Makenzi never pressured me to make a decision. Just patiently cycled through all the different options I needed to explore. Even came in one Saturday on her day off. They made financing a breeze and prepared all the paperwor...k for an out of state registration. Honda is a great car and this dealership is outstanding. Installation was done as scheduled, with no unnecessary waiting. The car was also given a brief check, and, with my permission, front wheels were aligned. Surroundings while waiting were pleasant and comfortable.

I had waited until the release of the 2017 Ridgeline to replace my failing 2001 pickup truck. Once the new Ridgeline became available, I wanted to acquire one as soon as possible but my own preference for interior color, my wife's preference for exterior color, and my son's preference for the featu...res of the Touring trim level all intersected to make it difficult to find the exact match for our family. David April at Honda Barn stayed on the case, keeping us informed at every step of the way, ultimately finding the perfect match and treating us very fairly on price. I recommend Honda Barn without reservation, and I look forward to doing business with Mr. April again in the future. Show more

Changed out air bag on 2014 Ridgeline another dealer said he would get it done over 8 months ago and it nevwe happened. Jeffrey took my info and had it set up in a short period of time. Advised me on work to be done on next servicing.

Great treatment when I purchased my brand new 2016 Honda Pilot... salesman Tim and the GM Linda went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of the dealership 100% satisfied with our purchase! We would certainly buy a car from Honda Barn again in the future!
