Brought in my Honda for a recall. I was told it would take approx. 1 1/2 hours. During that time, I was able to connect my laptop to their free WiFi and was able to do some work. It took exactly an 1 1/2 hour as promised and they even took care of a DRL light that was one. Great Service!

They squeezed me in for a last minute appointment the same morning I called and fixed my car up quickly. They even changed my recalled airbag since I was there. They didn't try to sell me more repairs than I actually needed like other dealerships I've dealt with. Very friendly and efficient staff. I... will definitely go back. Wish I'd gone to them sooner! As a long-time VW driver, I have now purchased 2 vehicles from AFVW in the past 3 years (Tiguan & Touareg). The staff is honest, friendly, patient and very knowledgable about their vehicles. The Service department operates on-time, they are thorough, and have always provided excellent communication ...during even the most routine check-ups. At drop-off, they will give you a lift to work & pick you up when your car is finished. I've recommended them to all of my colleagues, closest friends and family (including my mother). All have shared equally as positive experiences. I trust them to do right by me & all of their customers. Keep up the wonderful work, AFVW & thank you! I'll be back. Show more

I checked out their website and saw a car within my budget. When I arrived I met Makenzi. She greeted me and became my sales person. She is a great representative of Honda Barn. I took the car for a test drive. This was the second dealership I met with. Makenzi was very helpful with exploring my... options for financing and very patient with me while I made my decision (which took a couple of weeks). I shopped at my bank and the dealership for financing. The dealership was comparable and I decided to go through Honda Barn for my financing. They were very pleasant to work with. And I love my new vehicle and feel confident that I got a really great deal. Show more
