We were contemplating buying a Honda CRV to replace our 2009 Honda Accord. Since our trade-in had "issues", we weren't sure how responsive the Honda Barn staff would be to our concerns. We were surprised and pleased with their willingness to listen and give us alternatives. We came up with a mutuall...y acceptable resolution and are now proud owners of a very nice 2016 CRV. I visited other dealerships but Honda Barn was the only one I came back to. Makenzi never pressured me to make a decision. Just patiently cycled through all the different options I needed to explore. Even came in one Saturday on her day off. They made financing a breeze and prepared all the paperwor...k for an out of state registration. Honda is a great car and this dealership is outstanding.
