miscommunicationshauna East actually is who steered me to the dealership. she did a great job taking the opportunity to steer me to come by and try a Kia when I told her I was not impressed with the Rava 4

Recall notice received, contacted Honda Barn, scheduled appointment and the CVT Transmission software was updated in approximately one hour! They also washed my CRV. Great service.

Bill didn't keep us waiting by running back and forth to the finance people or manager. He quickly recommended a good course of action on turning in our lease.

Jeff did his usual outstanding job of explainig what would be done, keeping me informed of progress and then reviewing what was done. The new "office" cubicle part of the waiting area is a good fuctional aand quiet place to get some work done while waiting. I have been going back for service since I... drove my first Honda in 2012. Makenzi was a joy to work with. We had been to another dealership who advertized a no haggle no pressure sales approach and were expecting the same at The Honda Barn, NOT SO! Pleasantly surprised by the casual repore and very happy with the car we bought here.
