Bill Bradley was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He never made me feel like I was being hustled into anything only suggested great ideas that would work for me, even anticipated me loving the signature blue color on my brand new Honda civic! Honda Barn was able to detect and fix the engine clacking noise in my 2009 Honda Accord. It ended up being a cam shaft that had prematurely warn out. I call it a factory defect and searching on line confirmed that others have experienced the same problem with the V6 engine. Honda Barn won the battl...e with the Honda Extended Waranty folks who initially declined the claim. Although my final bill was $284.16 that included an oil change and rear bank valve adjustment, I was happy that Honda Barn stood up for me with Honda and fixed the problem. Show more

Love Honda Barn. Services tech Shawn K is the absolute best. He is the reason I go there! I have a Honda dealership in Salem where I live but travel for him. He is quick , efficient, pleasant and knowledgable. I know my car is in good hands with Shawn.

Every one was very friendly & helpful, taking the time to explain & answer questions. Since this was my first visit for an oil change (& they also rotated the tires), I can't really answer the question below fairly about quality of the work! The wait was about 1/2 hour longer than expected, so will... arrange for an earlier appointment next time. Everyone I met in the service department was very friendly & helpful. Show more

I had been given a quote on a particular vehicle through internet sales from the web site. My wife and I made an appointment, drove in for a test drive and appraisal of my trade, and we had a deal in minutes. Based on my research the price and trade in were fair.

Engine light went on in Merrimack on the way to DC, called Honda Barn and spoke with Brendan, he diagnosed the problem and made time for me to come in right away, the repair delayed me by a day, Brendon called the rent a car dealer to get me a temp ride, at the reduced Honda rate, called me as soon ...as it was fixed the next day, He was thorough, proactive, and got me in and out in 24hrs, As good as an experience like this could be - Thanks Brendan - Show more

We bought our 2009 Fit here and were pleased to do business with Honda Barn Stratham NH again. The sales people were courteous, called back, worked on a price amenable to both, and were excellent to deal with in person.
