Salesman was very helpful explaining the new vehicle and all of its features. He went over things slowly and reassured us to call any time with questions. Finance was also thorough in explaining what we needed to know.

Great ExperienceBuying a new car is not one of my favorite things to do. The folks at Carolina Hyundai were great to work with and made every effort to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this dealership.

Edna was FantasticEdna was amazing and took good care of us. She was thorough and made sure we left happy. She has been in touch since purchase to ensure we were satisfied.

Took care of car needs though it took a little longer than expected. Previous Honda dealership always included car wash and vacuum, don't think Honda Barn did (does?) that. Could be a good customer service freebie.

Bill made my car shopping experience very enjoyable. I started working with him in early August and explained that I was looking to get into a new car by early September. Bill was able to meet my goal with an outstanding vehicle, a 2016 Honda Accord EX, and within my time period. My impression ha...d always been that sales people were very push and this experience was far from that. I would highly recommend Honda Barn and Bill Bradley for your next car purchase! Show more

The repair and maintenance staff were thorough, courteous and helpful. The costs of maintenance or replacement parts are expensive but they do a good job of making you feel you got your monies worth.. The maintenance waiting area and facilities are clean and comfortable.

I brought my car in for routine oil change, tire rotation, and replacement of the recalled air bags. My experience was very positive. I was greeted when I drove in to the service bay, and directed to the service advisor, Jeff. All service was done while I waited comfortably in their attractive wa...iting area. When service on my car was completed, I was called. While I settled the bill, Jeff brought my car into the service bay, because it was raining outside and he didn't want me to get wet. I appreciated the courtesy, and had a very pleasant experience overall. And I like the complimentary car wash, too! Show more

Bill went out of his way to discover just what kind of vehicle I was looking for and gave me a number of options to choose from. I did not feel pressured and it was a pretty enjoyable experience to try out different vehicles and come up with one that I was comfortable driving off the lot
