This is my 3rd Honda from the Honda Barn. I have always had good service and great people to work with. I think I bought my first in the 80's with the eyebrow headlights. Kept my Accord ,new in 02, and just traded it for the new civic. Happy with car and service.

Makenzi handled my purchase beautifully from my phone inquiry the day before I arrived to completing my search of the new and pre-owned vehicles you had in stock. She was extremely capable to answer the many questions I threw at her throughout the time I spent deciding. She gave me time to think, ...also, and was fun to talk with. The problem was spotted quickly, without too long a wait even though there were several customers ahead of me. Ethel Brown was especially helpful getting me foxed up with a loaner and all the steps it entailed. Great!!

First oil change. Prompt and courteous service. I was informed of a nail the mechanic found in a tire which was also corrected. Jeffrey explained what was done with the car and gave me the written report. All and all a good impression of the service. Also appreciate the car wash. Thank you.

Very nice people to work with. Some car sales people can be pushy or make you feel uncomfortable, but Michael and Sheila were both great. Was happy to buy a car from them.

Got an oil change and my alignment was noted to be off, so was able to have this taken care of as well during the same visit. Always appreciate the car wash that comes with the service. I was kept informed of the status of my car the whole time. Excellent service and will be coming back again.

I had gone to other dealers and actually got a better deal else where but the salesman was so rude and Jay was really nice and even after I walked away he sent me a nice follow up email so I chose to go back to Honda Barn

What made our buying experience so positive was the way the salesman listened to our needs. It started with what our specifics search was all about, not what he wanted to sell us. Red HyundaiMy experience with Don Crafton, was pleasent, no pressure, gave me all the facts and figures on my car and situation, he made it a very enjoyable situation. I love my new car and would highly recommend Don and the entire staff at Carolina Hyundai.
