I had a service light that came on. Ethel had her team diagnose the system only to find out there was a major service bullion to be addressed. It was the piston problem, major engine wirk, at no cost. However since we were at 80k and the engine was to be taken apart we had the timing chain, h2o ...pump and tentioner done while they were in there. This ended up being more than I had expected to pay that day but far less than I would have paid one year later when the time belt was due to be done. Show more

THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT TO DEAL WITH. THE NEW WAITING ROOM IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THEY KEEP YOU UPDATED AS THEY WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. I WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK IN THE FUTURE! I AM ALSO SURE I WILL BE BACK TO BUY MY THIRD VEHICLE FROM THE HONDA BARN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!

Service was excellent, as always. Ethel and Jeff answered my question about my new van. My ONLY complaint would be the car wash that my van was given. I knew it got wet, because of the some of the streaking, but it was almost like it was misted instead of sprayed and washed. All of the dirt was ...still present and my 17 year old daughter commented that it looked dirtier after the wash than before. All bugs and debris on bumper still stuck on. Very disappointing. But all else was great!! :) Show more

In and out in less than two hours after needing a new timing chain cover gasket. Was very happy with the attention to my needs and prompt service in fixing the leak.

Had a fantastic experience at the Honda Barn Service Department. Needed an oil change, I bought my acura elsewhere and called them for servicing and didn't have anything opened until the following week. I called Honda Barn which is where my husband always gets his oil change and his car serviced. Ho...nda Barn had an opening the next day! After the oil change, I needed new rear brakes. Jeffrey from the service department was very helpful at explaining the situation and was able to get it all fixed and done the following day. I always went to my acura dealership where I bought my car for servicing, but my husband kept telling me how great Honda Barn is and how flexible and quick they are when it comes to scheduling. Will certainly recommend friends and family to come to Honda Barn for servicing! Thank you for the great service! Show more
