Great dealershipIt was a pleasure working with Carolina Kia. Everyone went out of their way to help me get the car I wanted. Being a senior citizen I was very nervious went I went into the dealership but I was made to feel relaxed .

I had a great experience at the Honda Barn. They were able to see me quickly (within two days), were flexible with scheduling as I have limited availability, and completed the work within a pretty strict time-frame. The waiting area was clean and all staff I encountered were friendly and welcomin...g. We will be bringing both of our Hondas there from now on. I thought Ethel was awesome- she was very knowledgable and provided good explanations for everything that was done. She is definitely an asset to your service department. The only thing I had been hoping for was that my car would be vacuumed- that may not be standard there but that little extra would have been nice as I spent almost $1000. Show more

From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a big smile from Jeff Arnault asking me how I was doing. Especially nice seeing Jeff's familiar face - what a wonderful way to start my day knowing my car was in good hands and hopefully they could find and fix whatever was making the horrible grinding s...ound coming from the rear of the car. Not only did I have an oil change and the brake plate moved off the rotor but also received a complimentary car wash. Wow, all done in less time than I expected. With close to 150,000 miles on my Accord I left feeling comfortable, secure and happy. Show more

I give this dealership an overall excellent rating because of the salesman, Jay, manager, Bob and financial manager, Sheila. All three of these employees made my time at Honda Barn very good. Jay was quick to problem solve and to do anything to make me happy. Bob was quick to guarantee a fair deal. ...And Sheila shopped around for the best interest rate for my financial status. Makenzi Wendel was my salesperson. She was very patient and took the time to show me many new and used cars that matched my "wish list", but at the same time , matched my budget as well. I added a couple accessories and the service shop quickly installed them late on a Saturday afternoon so that I... could bring my new car back to Vermont on Sunday. All of the people I met at the Honda Barn were very friendly and professional and I would recommend them to anyone I know. Show more
