Mr, Arnault took care to explain everything to me. He was most helpful and courteous. I enjoyed dealing with him. He is a terrific asset to Honda Barn.

I brought my 2011 Insight in for the mandatory air bag recall. The dealership provided me with a rental for the 5 weeks it took to get the parts. They called me to set up the install and had everything done including a state inspection on time and with no unexpected charges. Staff were very frien...dly and professional. I typically have my vehicles services at private garage but would definatly consider returning for service to the Honda Barn Show more

Our salesman Bill was knowledgeable, friendly, and ccommodating. And when it came to negotiating a price, was very fair. The experience was night-and-day improvement over what I saw across the steet at a competitor's dealership where the salesmen circled like vultures and I immediately regretted pro...viding my home number as we received four calls in two days from them. I found the experience at the Honda Barn to be very civilized and would recommend them to anyone that wants to buy a car with a minimum of back-and-forth "let me talk to my sales manager" nonsense. On the other hand, if you love the art of the deal and are a born haggler/negotiator, you may want to go elsewhere for a bigger challenge. Show more

first time buying a car on my ownFor years my late husband did all the buying of our vehicles. This was my first experience of buying a car on my own. I had asked me oldest son to come late that day to help me decide, but he was too busy at work, so I decided it was time for me to make the decisio...n. I felt very confident with my Hyundai salesman and made the purchase with all the paperwork to sign. Bill was great to work with and very responsive. He got back to me quickly with all the information I needed and answered all my questions. He even worked to get me a good deal when I had an offer from a competing dealer. He was friendly and I felt I could trust him. He even went so far as to drive ...me to the dealership to pick up my car. He spent time going over all the features and set up some of the electronics for me. Sheila was a pleasure to work with in the finance office. She was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership and especially Bill for sales. Jeff was very helpful during my service appointment. He made me aware that my next visit would be the 60,000 mile check up and what I should expect. He gave me a pamphlet that detailed the upcoming check up. He was very personable and engaged.
