Brought my 2015 CRV in for annual inspection. Was my first time back since the completion of the new service facility. Jeff greeted warmly and very quickly got me oriented and the car in for the inspection. I was very impressed with the amenities in the waiting room. The service was completed ah...ead of schedule, the cost was waived, and the car was not only ready to roll, but had been freshly washed as well. First class! Show more

I am very satisfied with my Honda but the real reason I would never switch is because of the service I receive at Honda Barn. The service people are continuously helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I have most often dealt with Jeff over the years and he has always made me feel very l comfortable.... Being a (senior) woman who doesn't know much about cars, other than turning the key to make the engine start, I trust him implicity to guide me as to what needs to be done to keep my car in good running condition. Honda Barn made purchasing a car one of the easiest decisions I've ever made! Tim Raymond was wonderful to work with. He is honest, knowledgeable, no pressure and showed me exactly what I was looking for. The entire experience from beginning to end was so seamless. They helped me find the best fina...ncing options, best warrantee and assisted with setting up my insurance. Sheila in finance was really thorough and didnt rush through anything. She answered my questions and prepped me for registering my car so that I was fully prepared with all the paperwork i needed after leaving the dealership.Prior to walking into Honda Barn I was so overwhelmed with the idea of the car buying process. After this experience I wish I hadn't put it off so long. I've had my car one week and came home today to a letter in the mail personally handwritten by Tim thanking me for my business! I recommend this dealership and especially Tim to anyone who's in the market for a new car. Show more

The service dept set me up with a rental car... and the Takata replacements arrived much more quickly than expected. My Fit is back on the road, now! Ethel set it up, and Jeffrey got me set up for the replacements, inspection, and some other minor-ish repairs. Thanks!

I was greeted promptly by a friendly Service Rep, Ethel, who reviewed the details of my visit, let me know the lenght of my wait and escorted me to the waiting room. There was a comfortable waiting area, TV, coffee and tea bar and an assortment of magazines as well as a work area with ports to hoo...k up a computer. During the tire rotation it was discovered my car was out of alignment. Ethel came out to the waiting room to review the findings and ask if I wanted to do the align at that time. I also went into the showroom to look at the new CRV's and saw Bill Bradley, the sales rep who sold me my CRV. He went over some cost analysis as my CRV comes off lease in 7 months. Bill always makes himself available at any time. Show more
