I went in just for the heck of it and if I wanted to move forward with a purchase I had very low expectations that I would even qualify for any type of financing. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Hanna went above and beyond to work with me - not only did she get financing but treated m...e with the utmost respect. Her professionalism and upbeat attitude made all the difference in the world. The finance department and managers were equally amazing. They put in 100% and more working to approving me with a great loan- A big thanks to all of you; I love my new ride!!! Show more

I went here in a whim and was fortunate enough to have David April as my salesperson. He was great and stayed within my budget. We were able to negotiate a great deal on a new Honda Civic (which wasn't even the car I initially thought to buy!!) and I could t be happier. Everyone there was fantastic,... including the manager (I forget his name, and Chris in finances). I couldn't believe how smooth and easy it all was. I'll definitely be back in 20 years to see David again if he is still there. Cause you know Hondas last forever ;) Show more

I went to Auto fair to check out a car that I had seen online. I just dropped in and when we asked to see this car, they told us that it was already sold. They immediately pulled out another car for me to look at. Same price range and exactly what I was looking for. I was a little apprehensive at fi...rst because I did not want to get locked into the typical sales situation. But they made me feel comfortable and treated me with the utmost respect. I would recommend Auto Fair to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. Overall it was a wonderful experience for me! Show more

They started higher on price than they should have at the beginning (almost shot themselves in the foot because of it), but Bill Bradley did a great job and wasn't pushy. I gave Honda Barn the last look because of that, and they were willing to go where I wanted to with my trade in and pricing in t...he end. Chris was also easy to work with when all the paperwork was being put through. He didn't try to force anything on us. Show more
