I purchased a 2016 CRV EX. This is my second sales experience with Bill Bradley (Sales) and Chris Clickner (Finance) at Honda Barn. NO PRESSURE SALES. Transaction went as smooth as can be. Bill did an awesome of job of demonstrating all the new features of the 2016 model (I traded in my 2013 CRV...). He is such a pleasure to deal with. I asked that my trailer hitch be moved from my 2013 to the new 2016/asked that my brand new 65,000 mile tires be moved from my 2013 to 2016...NO PROBLEM! Burton the Sales Manager was very professional and straightforward during negotiations. Chris had all the paperwork for our closing organized and perfect. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle until I picked it up I received fabulous customer service. Although my vehicle was left at service for a few days, I received a wonderful loaner with AWD, same as my own vehicle. Brendan kept me up to date with diagnosis and repairs. The service department... went all out to get to the root of the problem. Ethel was very kind and explained all the service work in detail to me when I picked up my vehicle. Show more

Came by to just check out a 2016 CRV on Presidents weekend, Deal was so good had to trade in our 2013 CRV. We also won a free gift. This was our 3rd purchase at the barn Be back soooon.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I came in for oil change and tire rotation/balance for my new vehicle. Had 5800 miles on it. One thing I noticed. I thought they were suppose to top off all my fluids like windshield washer fluid but this was not done.

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with our overall experiece with the folks at AutoFair. Our sales person, Robb Schwartz, was OUTSTANDING! Honestly, everyone there was OUTSTANDING! Our credit score wasn't great so consequently the first proposal for deposit and monthly payments, etc. was one... we could not accept and we were prepared to walk away, BUT everyone literally jumped through hoops to give us a fantastic propsal. So my husband rang the bell, yes they have an awesome bell, indicating we are now the proud owners of a beautiful 2010 Toyota Rav. AutoFair llives up to its' logo, they DID, "MAKE IT HAPPEN."
