I had a positive experience with 15,000 mile service. Everything was explained clearly. I also had an issue with power adapter and they were able to get it in working order again. My car had been washed when I picked it up. A pleasant surprise!

Very pleasedAs a first time buyer I was super nervous but Donald and everyone else at Carolina Hyundai of High Point made sure that my buying experience was excellent. Definitely going to be back and definitely going to refer people to this dealership

Always have a great experience when I bring my car to the Honda Barn. Would highly recommend them for there attentiveness and for the efficient technicians!

At 180,000 miles this was the first time I needed to go to Honda for service. I needed a light clip repaired and found there was a safety recall that needed to be done. Without hesitation I was provided a loaner car for the day. At the end of the day there were two recalls taken care of, my light ...clip fixed. I asked to have my rear washer checked and to my surprise it was fixed. My car was returned to me cleaned and ALL was done for less than I had estimated. LOVE my Honda and the service at the Honda Barn. The employees were beyond pleasant and accommodating and I can't thank each of them enough!!! Show more

Service was good, but very disappointed in the complimentary car wash. Car was not rinsed well at all, had to redo when I got home. Perhaps next time......a $12 voucher to car wash of choice....? Just saying. Jeffrey is very accommodating and pleasant.

We took our 2013 Honda Accord in for a software update d/t a recall. Kevin Delay greeted us & explained what work would be done & approx how long it would take. We were very happy with the service dept at Honda Barn.

My experience was pleasant . The customer service was friendly. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I received a complimentary car wash. Only complaint is that the car wash dried with spots, I would have liked the car to be dried better.

The shuttle service is great! The shuttle driver is very nice, on time pickup. The service cost estimates were accurate and reasonable. Everyone was very pleasant. Great customer service!
