I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. I had already been to a few dealers the day before and that day so I was exhausted from shopping. Tim showed me a great used car. Low pressure sales - polite and informative. Decided not to buy it that day - to remove the emotional aspect of buying... a car. Also wanted to check out the competition. Called the next morning asked for a firm quote. They met the price I needed. The sales rep, Tim, had that day off but still came in to meet me and finalize the sale. I have been bringing my Hondas here for many years. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the work is always completed professionally and on schedule. My recent visit for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection went off beautifully, and they washed my car too!

Had this service completed by the Honda Barn with complete satisfaction. The service personnel were very friendly and knowledgable. Price was more than fair. The service included timing belt replacement including water pump & coolant, transmission fluid replacement, brake fluid replacement and spark... plug replacement. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales & service. Show more

My husband and I came to Autofair of Nashua in pursuit of an upgrade from our current vehicle. I started the process online before we arrived, within a half hour Alycia called to give me the best news that we could have our pick of any vehicle and guaranteed our financing and trade in. That took loa...ds of pressure off. So off we went. When we arrived we were greeted and Alycia introduced us to the sales team where Mike helped us find our perfect vehicle. Mike took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and lead us to our new vehicle that we happily signed for. The financing team went above and beyond to help us get our payments to a level we were comfortable with. When I sat down with Steve to sign my life away he made the process so easy and thoroughly explained all the options available which helped easy the normal buying jitters. I was very impressed with the dealership as a whole. The staff was very professional and also very friendly and outgoing. My sales rep was the greatest, I truly enjoyed him. Quite a young man. Definitely an asset to your dealership. The Sales Manager and the Finance Manager were both very pleasant b...ut yet professional. I felt very comfortable being there. This was my first time at the stratham location and I will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! When I returned to pick up my car they remembered who I was and attended to me right away!
