The employees who assisted me were all very courteous and knowledgeable and were sure to explain what had been performed as well as some upcoming service I might need on my vehicle. The service was completed much more quickly than I anticipated.

I went in for a scheduled oil change (first time in). I was promised that it would take no more than one hour and they finished right on time! They also washed my car for free. It is rare these days for a service company to not only deliver what they say they will, but to exceed expectations... cons...ider me impressed! I will be coming back to the Honda Barn for service in the future. Show more

On Monday, I stopped in to try to have a light fixed on my car. I came to the dealer for service because the problem was more than just a bulb change, as I had already had new bulbs tried at a different shop. The earliest appointment was Thursday at 1 pm. I arrived at 1 pm and there was only one oth...er person waiting. My car was not brought into the garage until after 2 pm. Around 3 pm, I was told what the repair would be. I was also asked if I would like a car wash, which was probably because I had waited so long. I did not leave until 4 pm. The cost was what the estimate had been, so that was not an issue. I come to the dealer for experienced Honda repair people and Honda parts, but I do feel that the repair should have been faster when I had already waited for the appointment. Show more

This was my first visit to the service department with my Honda. The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting me back on the road.

i was able to get the rubber edge of my windshield wiper replaced quickly on a very busy service day during my lunch hour. I appreciated this very much, since I was concerned about using my wipers.. I'll be back in on Monday for regular maintenance, but did not want to be without wipers until then.... Thanks, Marilyn Show more

the person that took care of was really awsome he did some great efford to get me wath i feel was confortable for me to trade for another car i thing i will be very happy with my new car and i will recomande Autofair to my friends and family.

I recently had my first service visit at Honda Barn and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very helpful and professional and made me feel like I was being catered to and would be well taken care of. Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

My first experience with their service department was sp positive that it was the number one reason for Me going back and purchasing my new car. The facility is bright and very comfortable and everyone that I came into contact with was curteous and very pleasant.
