Good service, and first oil change for new car is free, which is nice. Minor problem with tire pressure monitor. Warning light came on after I left. I returned the next day and it was quickly resolved. I just needed to be reset

I had a great overall experience purchasing my Accord. The staff took the time to show me a number of cars and explain the features that each had. They made sure the particular needs I had were met. They were able to answer all of my questions and proactively make suggestions that helped the buying ...process. Overall it was a fast and easy process. Show more

Never going to another Volkswagen dealer other than this one. The people here are so much nicer and willing to help than Quirk and Autoserv. I worked with Nick and AJ (who are awesome) - they made sure I wanted exactly what I was getting, worked out the numbers, and got me in and out with a new car ...in about four hours. I got to ring the bell and drive home that same night - super happy with my purchase. Strange note: the bathroom smelled lovely. Show more

Came in for oil change, tire rotation. They recommended replacement of 2 air filters (cabin, engine); I consented. They estimated price. Work finished as promised and in time. Charged me considerably less than estimate. Car washed to boot, some cleaning inside (at least dash wiped). Really impressed... and pleased. Thank you! Show more

The people in the service department were very helpful and friendly. I was not kept waiting and all services were explained to me!! The employee that I dealt with was Jeffrey Arnault ..It was so nice to be greeted with a smile and helpful attitude.

When I started looking for a new vehicle I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into. It truly is a unique experience that involves patience in order to find that perfect car. Luckily for me I was able to work with Mackenzie Wendel in this endeavor. Mackenzie was very thorough and knew exa...ctly how to locate what I was searching for; she made the process seamless and enjoyable. It was also great to be able to keep in touch throughout the process via email, which is something that you really do not find with other dealers. Honda Barn has a great environment and everyone is constantly on the floor making sure that their customers are enjoying their experience. Thank you and love the new car! Show more

Makenzi really worked with me and for me to make sure I could get into the exact car I wanted. I didn't feel like she was working towards a sale at all during the process. She spent a good deal of time with her managers and with me to make sure I got the car I wanted at a cost that worked for me. Sh...e was very responsive to emails. Makenzi sat with me in the car and went through all the bells and whistles with me. She even synched my phone. She didn't just give me the manual and say good luck. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Honda Barn, and Makenzi in particular. Bob and Burton were great throughout the process as well. There are a lot of stereotypes out there related to buying a car, but Honda Barn breaks them all down. Show more

My son and I wanted to purchase our third Honda for my wife. We walked into the Honda Barn Saturday morning around 10 AM and noticed how clean and comfortable the showroom was. Ed Neale, "Eddy" was busy in his cubicle and once he saw us he greeted us with a smile and devoted his full attention to ...us. He coordinated a test drive while our trade-in was looked at. Within an hour we shook on a great deal for a new Honda Accord. My wife and I with our 7 month old grandson, picked up her new car a few days later. Bob Hajjar handled the paperwork like a professional and Eddy went over the features with my wife. Within a half hour we drove away! It was great! The 2016 four door Accord is an exhilarating luxury sports car in all categories; look, feel and especially proven mechanical reliability.
