Both of our cars require December inspections. Getting along in age we find it challenging to affix the stickers for the new year to our license plates. We also find it difficult to reach inside to clean the film off our windshield periodically. Both were done for us will smiles. When I got into my ...car, the floor had been meticulously vacuumed. Above and beyond and very much appreciated. Thank you! I also took the opportunity to look at the new Pilot with next year in mind. Show more

Dealing with the Honda Barn has always been pleasant. The work is done quickly and correctly, never had to bring a car back because something was not done right the first time. Went there to try to lower my monthly payments on my car, but was a little disappointed that they couldn't do it. It would have been better if they could of let me know before I went there, as it took an hour and a half to travel there. The people there where very friendly though.

I went in to have an airbag recall taken care of and have my transmission fluid changed. It took them less time than they guessed and the bill for changing the transmission was less than some other service shops. Overall I was very happy with their service.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for the following week, and they were able to offer me an appointment for that day! I opted for the next day, but I was thrilled to be able to get the service done in a timely fashion. When I came in for my scheduled appointment..., they confirmed the service that I wanted to have performed and gave me a written estimate. The work took about an hour and 15 minutes. The representative came out and went over all the paperwork, apologized for the length of time that it did take. I was able to check out with the cashier without any problems. Show more

Just the best HONDA dealer on the planet ! Every aspect of the service visit went off as planned, "the Barn" payed meticulous attention to detail. They handled my wife's car as if it were their own. Jeffrey Arnault is wonderful!

Great costumer service experience. Everyone performed in a professional manner from easy checking in to service done on the car. The associate informed me in advance of what type of service the car needed and the cost, making this experience free of surprises!

Best Car experience ever!Easy as could be. Went above and beyond to meet my needs. Truly had my best interest in mind. Dealership was willing to find whatever I wanted and went above and beyond to find rebates and bonuses. I've found a new car-buying home.
