Had a great first experience with Volkwagen of Nashua. The sales rep Raj was very attentive and cared about getting me a vehicle that best suited my price range and that was very reliable. I brought my 2014 Civic in for a recall notice. I was told it would be approximately 1 hour, and it was on time. Thank You.... for washing and vacuuming my car out while it was here, that was a pleasant surprise. LJS

I was very happy with the service department but I am a little concern with there waiting room. While. I was sitting in the waiting area I could over hear the finance gentleman talking to a customer about buying a new car. I heard how much they were paying for the car, how much cash they were puttin...g down and how much they were going to put on there credit card and how much they were getting for there trade in. I think they need to have a separate room for waiting so you wouldn't hear such personal things. Show more

This was the best dealership that I have been to in a long time. Facilities were immaculate, sales employees were friendly and knowledgeable and Purchasing a car at AutoFairVW was the least stressful car buy I have ever made.

Everyone at this dealership from the management on down is dedicated toward ensuring the customer has a quality experience. My car was cleaner when I picked up than when I left it off. The next day after receiving my car, it was time to do the monthly tire pressure check. To my surprise and satisfac...tion even with the significant drop in temperature the tire pressure was right on. This indicates to me that someone at the Honda Barn to the time to ensure my experience was exceptional and adjusted the tire pressure. Yes it is a small thing, but with my car being returned freshly washed and tire pressure adjusted it indicates to me that the Honda Barn team is committed to excellence. Show more

I recently moved to the area and also recently had a tree fall near my car and damage it. My family had been considering a larger vehicle and this was the place that we felt comfortable with buying. We love our new Odyssey and everyone has leg room, even with the rear-facing car seat!
