Excellent service with good explanations of required auto services and repairs. Unfortunately, the computer system was down, so I was not able to obtain an official status of my airbag recall situation.

I went into the dealership to purchase a manual transmission Passat only to be told that there are none available on the East Coast. After some questioning from the sales staff of my wants and needs they showed me a GLI. While it was not the car I came in to buy, I did appreciate the time they spent... and willingness to negotiate. I had some personal commitments and had to leave the dealership before we could complete the transaction. Due to some delays I was not able to return until 5 minutes prior to closing, while I was away they had completed all of the paperwork so all I had to do was sign the papers and take the car. The sales associate, Eric, stayed after hours and thoroughly went over every one of the car's electric/entertainment options. Show more

I was there for a recall of airbags. I was treated v3ry kindly and taken care of immediately.the repair was done in a timely manner and in addition my car was washed. and checked out. A very pleasant experience altogether.

I had an appointment to replace the airbag inflators but while they were working they found other things that needed attention. I ended up waiting for about 5 hours but the waiting area was comfortable and convenient. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hi my name is cara I went to autofair in Merrimack nh they helped me find the right car that I was looking for and their prices are really reasonable everyone that works there are nice and very respectful I give them a 5 star rating and yes autofair does make it happen thank you cara Murray

Kevin was exceptional in keeping me informed about the status of my recall maintenance of my airbag on my 2006 Element. He was very friendly and informative. I would definitely buy my next new vehicle at Honda Barn.

Sales associates were very courteous and explaining the various models that Honda offers. They were also patient with me while demonstrating the various options and controls.

The Honda Barn did a nice job of replacing the inflators. They were there early to accept the vehicle and late to let me pick up. They were very nice and helpful.
