PIPER loved everyone and all the Special treats she got!!!! Very friendly and excellent service... vehicle was very clean and ready when promised..... Altho I missed the Birthday Party and the Hot Dogs...everyone was very nice... THANKS TO ALL!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by my car shopping experience here as there were no back and forth "gamey" negotiations. Everyone we dealt with was very straightforward and respectful. Very nice people and a great car.

When I started my '08 Honda Odyssey the other day, I noticed two lights lit up on my dash...the wrench and the oil light. Since I had an appointment in Exeter that day, I decided to stop on the Honda Barn in Stratham. To my surprise, they took me immediately...changed my oil and tire pressures , th...rew in a car wash and I was on my way! Problems identified and solved. The woman who helped me couldn't have been more insightful. She settled me in the waiting room and offered me a hot beverage. What service. I have been taking my vehicles to Honda Barn since I relocated to NH 9 yrs ago. Thank you for taking the time and effort to make my visit a pleasant and confident one. I had regular maintenance scheduled and Ethel was very courteous and friendly. She made suggestions for my upcoming 30,000 mile service and gave me an estimate of the service time. I was happy with the experience.

The help i received fora recall notice was professional and courteous. The woman who helped me was thorough, right on target for wait time, and offered a free car wash which i didn't expect. She also didn't pressure me for additional service, which i appreciated. however, because of the service i r...eceived from her i am intending to return for future service. Show more

I appreciate the timeliness and the loaner. I have needed to make appointments on the weekend. Oil change and transmission flush were reasonably priced. My car has required a lot of work on the brakes for a 2014 with 50k. Jeff helped take care of this while on before 36k. Resurfaced and then replace...d discs. Now more plus inning on the HW. I'm sure he'll give me the straight talk next time, too. Show more
