Honda Barn replaced my side airbags to see if that would stop the intermittent warning light from displaying. Ethel could not have been more helpful in the process. It took longer than they had expected, so she gave me a loaner car. Her friendliness and understanding were what I appreciated most. ... I hope this will solve the problem. Show more

Brought my car in for yearly inspection during which an issue was discovered. The staff explained the problem fully, offered me a coupon on the service and completed the work quickly. I appreciate their honesty and dedication to giving me excellent service.

Extremely courteous, helpful and professional. It’s been a great experience with Honda Barn and specifically John extending his ever helpful attitude and working around the entire sale process. Rarely find such a caring and honest staff.

I came in to look at a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and came back a few days later to buy. The sales staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured and I'd definitely come back and shop here again. Thanks, Autofair!

My family has been going to AutoFair VW for a very long time. My grandfather has been taking his cars to the same people and mechanics, even before they moved here from Tully. The service reps, especially Brandon, were very easy to talk to and understood the concerns I had with my car. Wes, the mech...anic, worked for two days figuring out exactly what was wrong with my engine. He spoke with my father over the phone and was very detailed in describing what he was doing and figuring out prices for me. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend if they have concerns about their VW cars. Show more
