Went to Autofair VW after seeing a vehicle I liked on their website. They ended up working a great deal for an even nicer vehicle with more options and less miles than the original one! Building was beautiful. People were super nice to work with. Alicia was extremely helpful. Bill made the buying ex...perience stress-free and was able to get us the deal we were looking for with the right price! Scott closed out the experience being super friendly and efficient. I had a great experience having my CR-V serviced. Jeff was especially helpful looking up my radio security code & recall needs (i bought a used car & wasn't sure if recall work had been done).

I enjoyed the fact they were no nonsense. brought up just what I was looking for, made the numbers work. I drove home with my new car the same day. Very easy process and all involved were a pleasure to deal with.. Thank you P.S love the car

I have an older Honda with a lot of miles so I believe they are as good as their word about what needs to be done....brakes are the latest thing. It's a little pricey but no more than most dealerships. Brendan and Jeff are very nice and helpful and will help out with a coupon as it's tough. My is...sues are fixed so it's a great crew up front and behind the scenes! Thank You. Show more

Always helpful and courteous in the service department. Jeff is always a pleasure to do business with. My car is always ready at the time promised. When I was working, getting the morning ride to the office was so much appreciated.
