Chris Albano is my salesperson at Honda Barn and I have used him before to purchase a used vehicle. We were so satisfied with our first experience that we returned just 3 months later to purchase a brand new Honda Pilot. I went to another dealership before, to shop for the Honda (we live about 2 hou...rs away from Stratham, in Massachusetts... so it's not the easiest transaction to begin with) and our experience at the other dealership was way too typical - high pressure salespeople, when asked for numbers/best offer I got referred to the manager who was your stereotypical career-salesperson. Went to Honda Barn and Chris gave us exactly what we were looking for at a price that fit our budget perfectly. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a title issue that went unhandled before the finance person went on vacation and I had to chase it down with the manager so that caused some grief on my end that I'd rather not have had. I have purchased two of my three cars from Stratham Honda. Whenever I need service, the staff is always accommodating and keeps me informed, the techs do a thorough job and everyone is friendly, from the first phone call to when I'm driving off the lot. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Joy, Peace and Wheels!I arrived at Hyundai thinking my life was in tatters as my current auto was on its last legs, and left Hyundai literally floating on a cloud. Hyundai, Gary Mitchell, worked very hard to get me a great vehicle at a price within my budget, when budget do matter. I can't thank hi...m or the dealership enough for their work. Wonderful autos, too. It was fun to test drive, and the atmosphere was exceptionally hospitable. It is the dealership to go to in my opinion, and I definitely will share it with others. I've received plenty of compliments on my new 2016 Hyundai Elantra, and it feels good to be in it. Thank you again! Show more

As Above: Courteous service, educational. Very expeditious, everyone very nice. Answer questions. Reasonably priced for services rendered. Fun looking at new cars Iin showroom while waiting for service. Service especially Jeff over 9 yrs I've been going always has time to provide great customer serv...ice listening to car issues and offering advice. Jeff treats every customer like they were his only one in spite of such a very busy service center. I always trust the service and feel comfortable having my car serviced or repaired at this center. They are very easy to deal with and Jeff always goes the extra mile & then some to help every customer. Show more
