I went to Honda Barn to have my recalled air bags replaced. I had never been there before. The service was courteous and efficient. They even washed my car. I usually use a local mechanic to repair my car, but I will definitely go to Honda Barn to shop when I need a new car.

When I called to schedule an appointment to have my air bag replaced Ethel was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Upon arriving at my scheduled appointment time, the waiting room was already full, Mark assisted me he also was very courteous and professional.

I purchased my 2006 Honda Accord at Honda Barn and it has been serviced there since, except when we have been traveling. The car has 170k miles on it and it still drives like it's new. It's my 3rd Honda Accord and I will never buy anything else. Super service at the Honda Barn. I missed the fres...h fruit that was available in the waiting room in the past as I am an early morning customer. Please bring fresh fruit back. Thanks! Show more

Just bought a 2016 Honda Pilot from Bill Bradley. Although this was the first car we've purchased from the Honda Barn, it's out 9th vehicle purchased in our lifetime. I took our 2006 Honda Ridgeline in for a routine oil change and was advised of the air-bag recall. The part was ordered and the defect taken care of within days. Very proactive team.

As always Jeff treated me as a good customer and maybe his only customer. The service area was busy but the time spent to have my vehicle serviced was not an issue. Everything done was explained in detail. Good Service.

Have had issues in past but nothing that stops us from coming back as the staff takes ownership and does what it takes to make it right. After each apptmt a staff member reviews service rendered and future suggestions for the care of the vehicle..

No further comment at this time, all was very good. Suggestion; That a PRINTED, recommended service list, based my vehicles mileage and service history, be given for next service appointment.
