Fast, friendly service department. In and out quickly, great customer service, first oil change was free since I purchased my car there. Overall satisfied with all dealings I've had to date with their service department

I brought my car in for the state inspection and during the review, the Honda Barn tech discovered a part was starting to show signs of wear. Brendan explained to me what the worn part did and what the risks were to waiting to replace the part when it failed. His information enabled me to make a f...iscally prudent and proactive decision to make the repair the following week. I arrived for the repair and Brendan arranged for the shuttle service to bring me over to my office. I did not have to take any personal time away from work to deal with a car repair. The car was done when Brendan said it would be and for very close to the price he quoted to me. I have never had a bad experience at Honda Barn. I do recommend Honda Barn to friends and co-workers and I will continue to do so. Show more

I could not be happier with the service department. They took my car in, fixed it , explained everything and were very friendly even though it was a Friday afternoon before a holiday ! It was my first time there and I would not hesitate to go back.

What I thought couldn't be done autofair got done! I drove in my car falling apart and very upside down in my current loan and drove away a few hours later in a 2015 Passat! My salesman Matt understood me and made it very easy to deal with. I will definitely use autofair again! Thank you guys!
