Overall my VW Golf purchase was a good experience. They work with you up until it comes to price. Then not so much. Also, the process took a LONG time. Maybe they were just busy that night, but the paperwork should not take so long, it really makes you want to walk away. The salesman was very consci...entious and did his best. Show more

I went to the dealership looking for a used car. I was so impressed by Kurt, I ended up buying a brand spanking new Passat. I went in for a trip check and also for a noise coming under the front dashboard. They did the trip check, but were not able to detect the problem of the noise or where it was coming from. I dealt with Jeffrey Arnault, he was most helpful and he had Mark, manager, do a test drive with me. The pro...blem still exists. Show more
