Over all service was very good however I had a good size black mark on one of my hub caps.Also a oil base all over the hub cap and a small chip . I was able to get the mark off the hub cap along with the oil. I called and i am bringing the car back today to show the service man the small chip. ...Thank You Tony Espinola Show more

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Honda Barn service. They always find a way to fit us in if we have a problem and take care of any of our concerns and routine maintenance in a very pleasant, efficient and courteous manner. Couldn't find anything bad to say about them.

the service at Honda Barn has always been excellent , prompt and courteous.I would recommend this dealership to anyone my experience was excellent.. the dealership is undergoing expansion and renovation and was a bit noisy.

I easily arranged an appointment that meshed well with two existing appointments. We were going to be traveling, so I wanted to make sure the tires were inflated properly even though they are new. The odometer - which is now in one of the computers is closing on 40,000 miles. Thanks for the FREE ...coffee! I had two cups with a change of oil and filter. I am slightly befuddled by the way the IMA works, but do enjoy 45.9 mpg OVERALL since our purchase, ... and really seeing 100mpg while either driving on the Interstate, or in moving traffic in the city! It rides well! Passenger's Unsolicited Testimonial! LOVE our car. Service was reasonable, and I got some assistance with the back seat latches, which I have had trouble releasing. I tested a Prius, but it rode like a tank. Show more

My car was booked in for new front brakes and all went smoothly until they discovered I needed something else which doubled the expected cost. They did give me a loaner car and made sure my car was ready in time for an important event I could not miss which went a long way to calming me down. Bren...dan was the poor guy who had to deal with me and he was very sympathetic. I'd recommend the Honda service center to anybody. Show more

My service was for yearly inspection as required. Now have reached 150,000 miles so he gave me a report of service needed. I will call when ready for service

As always the service was completed within the price quoted and within the timeframe allowed. The shuttle service allowed me to not miss a beat while my car was in for scheduled maintenance. And thanks for the free wash!!

I prefer to use a dealer to service my Hondas. Honda Barn is nearby and offers excellent Honda service at a competitive price. I was able to take advantage of their service coupons, which helped with the overall cost.

jeff was the man!! he was in early and my paperwork ready and called me with updates and when completed. nice guy. was great to get real exceptional customer service for a change. will be back . like the service hours..

They did a good job with a difficult problem to diagnose, came up with a solution which we are trying, and willing to go back to the drawing board if it doesn't work. I appreciated the courteous and capable assistance.
