Joy, Peace and Wheels!I arrived at Hyundai thinking my life was in tatters as my current auto was on its last legs, and left Hyundai literally floating on a cloud. Hyundai, Gary Mitchell, worked very hard to get me a great vehicle at a price within my budget, when budget do matter. I can't thank hi...m or the dealership enough for their work. Wonderful autos, too. It was fun to test drive, and the atmosphere was exceptionally hospitable. It is the dealership to go to in my opinion, and I definitely will share it with others. I've received plenty of compliments on my new 2016 Hyundai Elantra, and it feels good to be in it. Thank you again! Show more

we were very impressed with nick, great communication skills, extremely helpful and great personality. my husband and myself were very impressed. one thing we we extremely liked was him not being pushy at all.

The passenger airbag was the subject of a recall. Honda Barn ordered up the part promptly and installed the replacement bag inflator. There were no complications, and a free car wash was included. Everything straightforward. Absolutely no complaints. There was, of course, no charge, as it... was a recall job. In the past I have sometimes faulted this garage for not promptly ordering parts (specifically a new clutch) when the diagnosis was obvious, thereby leading to a delay of several days in initiating the work. Also, they don't make a practice of returning the old parts (unless maybe one asks them). E.g. one time they didn't return the old flywheel and informed me that their scrap metal guy has just been there and picked it up. No such problems this time: I did not want the old and suspect airbag inflator! Show more

As Above: Courteous service, educational. Very expeditious, everyone very nice. Answer questions. Reasonably priced for services rendered. Fun looking at new cars Iin showroom while waiting for service. Service especially Jeff over 9 yrs I've been going always has time to provide great customer serv...ice listening to car issues and offering advice. Jeff treats every customer like they were his only one in spite of such a very busy service center. I always trust the service and feel comfortable having my car serviced or repaired at this center. They are very easy to deal with and Jeff always goes the extra mile & then some to help every customer. Show more

Travelling as much as I do, it was time to get my Pilot in for the 300,000 service and a set of new tires. Mark Soucy works around my schedule so nicely to fit me in, updates my Pilot and we catch up on the NHL and UNH hockey scene ! Jeff Arnault writes me up and I get to say hello to Chris Clickn...er who was in sales back then and Al Arcifa who puts our deals together to fit my needs. I am fortunate to run into Mark Soucy or Linda Murphy at the lake when they get up there, and see why Honda Barn is such a friendly place to do business ! Show more

Purchased new Santa Fe SportSales experience was MUCH better than others we had in the past. There was no pressure to buy, only pleasant support from sales through answering questions and by locating a vehicle in the color and with the options we want. There also was not excessive price back and f...orth negotiation which I appreciated. Show more
